Mr. Braverman is the firm’s president, managing member and senior trial lawyer. His practice is concentrated in the areas of complex commercial and construction litigation, banking and real estate. He is a frequent lecturer to many legal and trade groups and has co-authored a book on New Jersey Trial Practice as well as various articles and other publications. Mr. Braverman is an accomplished trial attorney, having won many complex trials resulting in verdicts or settlements exceeding many millions of dollars. Mr. Braverman has been appointed to serve and frequently serves as a judge pro tempore for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Commerce Court Division, and also has been appointed to serve as a Discovery Master for the same Court.
