BENJAMIN A. GARBER, ESQUIRE
Benjamin Garber concentrates his practice on complex and often high-stakes commercial litigation matters. Ben has substantial experience successfully litigating an array of business disputes involving contract claims, real estate and banking law, lender liability, partnership break ups, trade secrets, non-competes and business torts on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.
Ben’s clients include commercial property owners, real estate developers, homebuilders, real estate investment management and operating companies, financial institutions, restauranteurs, brokerage firms, entrepreneurs and business executives and owners.
Before joining Braverman Kaskey, Ben served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Anne E. Lazarus of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
Ben graduated from Rutgers University School of Law where he was a member of the Executive Board and editor of The Rutgers Law Journal. His comment on a precedent-setting Missouri Supreme Court case was published in The Rutgers Law Journal.
Ben also served as an intern for the Hon. Richard B. Klein (Ret.) of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. He received his B.A. in Government from Franklin & Marshall College.
Ben is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
