Daniel J. Tarvin concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation. Daniel has extensive courtroom experience and is a thorough and relentless voice for clients. Prior to joining Braverman Kaskey, Daniel spent nearly five years working at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office in Miami, Florida, one of the largest prosecutorial offices in the country. As an Assistant State Attorney, Daniel zealously advocated for his client – the State of Florida – inside and outside the courtroom. Daniel handled a vast range of cases, including life and capital felonies.
Daniel graduated from Penn State University (University Park) in 2010 with a B.A. in Journalism. Daniel graduated from The George Washington University Law School in 2014. While at GW, Daniel appeared in court representing clients as a member of the school’s Family Justice Litigation Clinic and through D.C.’s Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program. Daniel was an active participant in campus organizations, including the Mock Trial Board, and he finished law school with one of the highest completed pro bono hours in the Class of 2014.
Daniel is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Florida and the District of Columbia.
